Marshall Interclub
This is a match play competition using handicaps against other clubs in the city. Format of play is individual match play and is open to all ladies with a handicap not exceeding 40. Each team has an “A” player (lower handicap) and a “B” player (higher handicap). The A players play against one another and the B players play against one another for points.
Podersky Interclub
Podersky Cup competition is a 2 ball foursome-a match in which a team of 2 plays against another team of 2; each side playing 1 ball alternate shots. The 2 players on a team must have a combined minimum handicap factor of 30.0 and there is no combined maximum since this tournament encourages higher handicap players with a chance to compete and encourage sociability among clubs.
Low Handicap Interclub Competition
This is a lower handicap match play event against other clubs in the city. These matches are played in May and June. There are 4 players from each club – two play at the home course and two play at the away course. No strokes are given in this competition.
KRP Interclub Competition
This is a four-ball match play involving eight city private golf clubs. Entries for this event are limited to the 48 lowest factored teams. A team is determined by adding the factors of 2 partners from the same club that form the team. If your team qualifies, it is flighted according to the combined factor. Each team is guaranteed two games.
Senior Ladies Interclub
This golf activity is open to all lady members 50 years of age and older with an index of 20 or lower. There are eight clubs involved in the competition and each club sends two teams of 2 to neutral clubs on a rotating basis. It is a match play format and the team’s best net ball is matched against their opponent’s team best net ball. Strokes are given based on 75% of the difference in handicaps once the handicaps have been determined with the lowest handicap person being a zero.
