Flexible Golf Memberships
At Highlands, our focus is on creating a fun and inviting atmosphere for golfers of all levels, so you feel right at home from the minute you first set foot on site.
Centrally located in Edmonton’s Highlands neighbourhood, and bordering the North Saskatchewan River, Highlands offers a convenient and comfortable everyday escape from city life.

Shareholder

Individual Share and Transfer Fee is $10,400 + GST. Yearly dues and minimum food spend not included.
Corporate Shareholder

Flex Pass Membership
Private golf your way. Enjoy 32–45 passes per year that you can use for yourself and your guests. Wait List in effect.
Unused passes roll over to the next season (until the end of May), and extra rounds can be added in 10-packs. Flex Pass members enjoy full member privileges and can switch to an unlimited membership annually. A share purchase is required.
Under-30 Membership (Intermediate)
Accessible private golf. Join our Wait List for ages 30 and under to access discounted dues, flexible payment plans, and no family referral requirements.
Share purchase not required until age 31, earn 10% off for every year of continuous membership before then. Retention discounts apply as you move through age tiers, payments options are available to complete your Share purchase once it begins.

Membership FAQs
Do I need to purchase a share to join?
A share purchase is required if the primary member joining is over the age of 30. This share purchase can be done through a one-time payment or through a two-year payment plan. There are also a limited number of Associate memberships available, but Associate members pay a premium relative to regular shareholder dues.
I am under the age of 31. When do I need to purchase a share?
If you are under the age of 31, you can join Highlands without purchasing a share. Once you reach the age of 31, payments options are available to complete your Share purchase once it begins.
HOW MANY MEMBERS DOES THE CLUB HAVE?
Highlands currently has 419 Shareholders. In addition to the Shareholder members, Highlands also offers several other membership categories — including spousal, intermediate (19–30 years old), junior, and pee wee—which make up approximately 230 members.
WHAT TYPE OF YOUNG MEMBER INCENTIVE PROGRAMS DO YOU OFFER?
New junior and intermediate age ranges have recently been added and playing privileges have been increased. The club offers financial incentives for members transitioning from one age category to the next, including up to a 40% discount on your yearly fees.
For each year of consecutive active membership before the age of 30, the member will also receive a 10% discount on the share transfer fee, up to a 100% discount.
DO YOU HAVE ANY RECIPROCAL PARTNERS?
We have reciprocal arrangements with over 850 golf courses in 50 different countries across the world, many of which include no charge green fees. These are accessible to all Highlands members in good standing.
