The Highlands Golf Club welcomes new Executive Chef Vikram Redgaonkar, previously of the Westin Hotel.  Chef Vikram has launched a new menu based on his cooking philosophy to keep things simple and to use local ingredients.  

Chef's signature item is his lamb burger, featuring Four Whistle Farm lamb, Moroccan spice, harissa, feta, lettuce, tomato and onion.  This is a must have burger!  Members are also raving about the new BLT sandwich with smoked pork belly, the Brant Lake Wagyu burger, and the Alberta bison short ribs.  All desserts are now made fresh and in-house, including desserts such as the daily flavor creme brulee, a maple apple amanadine tart, and the creamy smooth cheesecake, featuring vanilla bean cheesecake, graham crust, brandy snap tuille and mixed berry compote. 

Non-members are welcome to come for lunch, a casual dinner or weekend brunch and enjoy a spectacular view of Edmonton’s river valley from the club house and patio (a modest dress code is required, jeans are allowed).
